Kate Middleton and Prince William celebrated their 13th wedding anniversary this week with a bittersweet photo.

The Prince and Princess of Wales, who posted a never-before-seen monochrome photo of themselves on their official Instagram page, are reminding fans of their love as Kate undergoes preventive chemotherapy.
