The singer, 51, and his doctor wife Emily, 34, welcomed their third child in April – although it took them a month to choose the baby’s name.

Dr Emily told her fans on Instagram: “It took a while, but after much deliberation we have finally made a decision. Arabella Rose Andrea’.

The latest addition to the Andre clan is named after his grandmother Thea Andrea, 88, who has been battling both Parkinson’s and Alzheimer’s for several years.

The decision was made less than two weeks before the legal deadline of 42 days to register a name.

The name comes after the hitmaker asked his fans to send suggestions on what the baby should be named.

He asked for their help with a multitude of pretty photos.

Peter added: “The only thing is…. She doesn’t have a name yet. Help!’

Fans were quick to send in their suggestions, with Amanda Holden commenting: “I’m so happy for you – Dylan… Robyn… Boy names are perfect for girls.”

In his OK! In a magazine article last week, he wrote: “Emily has made an incredible recovery since birth…but as I write this, we still don’t have a name!” he said.

“We were in the exact same situation when we had Millie. We went in circles for weeks, but it’s not until you meet a baby that you really know their name.

“We don’t have much time left before we have to record it, so time is of the essence. I loved Olivia, Charlotte, and Athena, but Emily wasn’t too excited about those, so they’re off the table. It’s a big decision! »

“Happy of course that they had 67 years of marriage together, but sad that age is taking its toll and Mum in particular is really struggling.

“I always pray for the of both of you. I also pray that I can be even half the parent to my children that you both are to me.

The happy couple already share Theo, eight, and Amelia, 10, while Peter shares daughter Princess, 16, and son Junior, 18, with ex-wife Katie Price.
