Mollie Gwendoline Champion (Gardner)
Mollie died on April 19, 2024, at the incredible age of 98. Originally and proudly from Abercarn, Wales, and later residing in Bournville.
Mollie was the beloved wife of the late Donald, devoted mother of the late Diane, beloved grandmother of Mark and Neil and great-grandmother of Evelyn and Nathan. His fBurial took place on May 2 at Waseley Hills Crematorium, Rubery.
Anthony Maurice Gittus (Tony)
Tony passed away peacefully on April 17, 2024, aged 86. Beloved husband of the late Avril and beloved dad and grandfather.
The service and burial will take place at St Nicholas Parish Church, Kings Norton, on May 17 at 11am. Flowers welcome. Donations can be made the same day.
Judy Hurley (March 1938 – April 19, 2024)
Judy died on Friday April 19, 2024, at the age of 86. Beloved wife of James (Jimmy) and beloved sister, cousin and aunt.
Judy will be greatly missed by all her family and friends. A service to say goodbye to Judy will be held at Robin Hood Cemetery, Streetsbrook Road Shirley, Solihull B90 3NL, on May 16 at 11.30am.
Flowers are accepted and should be sent to: Bastock Funeral Home, 67-71 Warwick Road, Olton, Solihull B92 7HD. Donations to the Alzheimer’s Society can also be sent directly to Bastock Funeral Home and will also be collected at the service.
Graham Aubrey King
Graham died peacefully on 10 April 2024 at Yardley Grange care home, aged 90. Formerly located at 202 Flaxley Road, Stechford.
He was a much loved husband, father, grandfather and great-grandfather. The funeral will take place on May 17, 2024, at 1 p.m., at Woodlands Crematorium, Coleshill.

John Derek Litherland
Passed away peacefully on April 6, 2024 at Birmingham City Hospital. John of Handsworth Wood, formerly of Liverpool, aged 67.
Beloved brother of Minnie, Christine and Elsie and a beloved uncle. Sadly missed, never forgotten.
Funeral and cremation will take place on May 16, 2024 at Perry Barr Crematorium at 9:30 a.m.
Jane Lucy McGahey
Jade died on April 7, 2024 at the age of 51. She will be greatly missed by all family and friends.
The funeral will take place at Our Lady of Wayside Church, Shirley, on May 8 at 1 p.m., followed by committal to Robin Hood Crematorium at 2:30 p.m.

Brian Tighe
Brian, formerly of Balsall Heath/Kings Heath and Acocks Green, died on April 9, 2024, aged 57, at Marie Curie Hospice. Younger brother of Thomas, Sadie (deceased), Mary, Eileen (deceased), John, Kevin and Patricia.
The funeral will take place on May 10 at 2:30 p.m. at Robin Hood Crematorium and then at Scanlons Club Spring Road. Donations to the Marie Curie Hospice in Solihull.
Michael Robert Withers
Attended Keyse, Sutton Coldfield and King Edwards School in Edgbaston. Formerly employed at Covrad, Coventry. I enjoyed Racing and flying with the Midland Motorcycle Racing Club and the owners of G-Reno, Tobago Aeroplane.
The funeral will take place at Sutton Coldfield Crematorium on May 14, 2024 at 11:30 a.m. followed by the reception at the White Horse, Whitehouse Common Road.
